This thing is really cool. I like the “Breezeway” window. I’m not sure about the price however.

That is an amazing cruiser.

That rear window probably moves a lot of air through the interior of the car when using it with the vent windows. It’d be a nice warm weather cruiser even without ac, I’d wager.

Also looks like nothing else on the road.

When I was much, much younger, this was my family’s car, a 1966 Mercury Parklane. It was the greatest. My sisters and I loved riding on the back parcel shelf, with our heads sticking out above the roof when my dad was driving down the street. Look at the size of that trunk, though. It’s freaking huge!

He does say “any realistic offer” so I’m guessing $3500-$4000 cash might seal the deal. My worry would be finding unique parts like the door panels and, of course, how far the rust goes. That said, I’d love to cruise in something like that.

The frame looked really solid, mostly surface rust.

Nothing a wire brush and some brush-on truck bed liner can’t remedy.

The panels will have to be checked like you said and I already know the struggle of finding parts for dead brands.

I thought Oppo could appreciate this machine.

As much as I love the Impala from the same period something like that Mercury is just so unusual these days that it automatically gets bonus Jalop points over the Chevy.
